This property is located a short distance to the centre of Richmond Township and an even shorter walk to the lovely Washbourne Gardens.  

Richmond has multiple restaurants and cafe's, to choose from and if you wish to explore further afield is the gate way too many natural attractions around the district.  

There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk that will take you into Tahunanui Beach or Nelson City.

Or hop in the car to visit the wineries, Rabbit Island Reserve, Nelson Lakes District, Kaiteriteri and Golden Bay. So much to see and experience.

The beautiful Washbourn Gardens are just down the road, providing plenty of space for relaxing, picnics or playing with a ball . Further down Queen St are the shops, cafes, restaurants, shop and library.  Along Salisbury Road is the indoor swimming pool and there are beach/pool towels provided. 

If you are into biking, there are lots of trails nearby, or Saxton Velodrome as well as fabulous walks.      

The Aquatic Centre is about 5 minutes away by vehicle.
